Your account (email), your workspace data (brands, campaigns, content, metrics), and references to any connected provider profiles. Connected-account access tokens are held by the posting provider (e.g. Ayrshare/Postiz) or your own self-hosted instance — we store a reference, never raw platform passwords.
Every workspace's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security). Other customers cannot see or modify your data.
We use Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI agents), and your chosen posting/email/SEO providers. Content you create may be sent to these processors to provide the Service.
You can access, export (download any asset), and delete your data at any time. Deleting your workspace in Settings permanently removes all of its brands, campaigns, content, and connections. Contact us to delete your account entirely.
